Dr. Franks-Randall!

Dear Dr. Carol Franks-Randall,

The Board of Trustees, the Village Staff and I would like to thank you for the six wonderful years we had together. Our partnership took cooperation and sharing of services to the highest level ever between the School District and Village.

You certainly made a difference with the students, parents, staff and to the entire district and your legacy will last a lifetime.

It was my pleasure to work with you and to be your friend. Good luck and enjoy your retirement.

Sincerely,
Bob

Dr. Franks Randall:

Have a happy, health retirement - enjoy!

Dr. Carol Franks-Randall,

Your winning smile on the Elmsford UFSD website was captivating and transferred a sense of welcome. For the few months that I have known you, your positive expression of "I think we are in a good place," spoke volumes.

That expression conveyed to me that, we do not have to be physically, spiritually, psychologically or mentally in a good place, to believe that we are. Great writers of and before our time, penned these great words, "As a man thinketh, so is he." Your comforting demeanor will truly be missed.

I wish you a healthy, blessed and restful retirement. As the seasons comes and go, you are about to embark on the most rewarding and aspiring seasons of one's life - a time to put your gear into RELAX MODE.

God bless you. Please convey to others in your season of life, "I think we are in a good place!"

Sincerely,

Dr. Franks-Randall,

First, I would like to thank you for your support in hiring me this school year. There are few jobs in this world that allow one to have fun while working, and this job is one of them.

Second, I would like to say that districts across the country should be jealous of the environment that you have helped shape here in Elmsford. From the students, to the staff, and support staff there is truly a sense of family and community.

Finally, I would like to thank you for all of the support you have given the IT Department. Many of the projects that we have taken on have flourished and will continue to flourish because of your dedication.

Enjoy your retirement.

Sincerely,

Anthony Florio
