The PTA would like to extend our gratitude and thanks to our districts educators. To show our appreciation for all that you are committed to we will update this page with helpful links that you as educators can take advantage of. We believe in the adage that it takes a village to teach a child, and our village of Elmsford would not be complete without its teachers. NYS PTA Teacher Fellowship for Graduate Study - in memory of Richard Gazzalo
The Teacher Fellowship was established by the New York State PTA in 1961 to encourage excellent teachers to stay in the classroom by providing an opportunity for them to improve their teaching skills, update their professional knowledge and expand their professional horizons. In 1992, it was named to honor a Master Teacher, Richard Gazzola, who served on the New York State PTA
Board of Managers for many years prior to his untimely death in 1991. Deadline June 21, 2006
