Description:      Greeting others at PTA events, preparing/proving refreshments for PTA meetings & other events.

Activities:        Concert Hospitality

Help teachers with preparing the kids for their performance; rehearsal, dress-up, etc.

 

                        Carnival Days

End of year carnival (rides, face painting, games, etc.)

 

                        Chaperones

Trips to Museums, Farms and other off-campus school activities.

 

                        Fifth & Sixth Grade Dance

End of year dance for Grady’s Jrs. & Srs. Help with set-up and clean-up.

                        First Grade Moving Up Ceremony

End of year picnic organized by 1^st Grade parents for their 1^st  Grade Graduates.

                              New Parent Reception

For all parents new to the district; need seasoned P&T to provide refreshments & hospitality.

                     

                        Picture Day

Help out the teachers and the photographer, by primping and fixing the kids for the camera.
