What is the Reflections Program?

Reflections is a program of National PTA whose purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works.  Begun in 1969, this cultural arts program is open to children in grades preschool - 12.  Each year a new theme is selected and students are asked to interpret that theme in their work in the areas of literature, visual arts, photography, musical composition, film/video and dance/choreography.   For more information on the program go to  Reflections PTA.

What is this years theme?

The theme for the 2008 year is "I can make a difference by ..."

How can my child get involved?

The rules are available through the Guidelines and Information area of the National PTA website for you.  (Reglas para la Programa Relfections.)
